Bottle Of Wine A Day
Is it bad to drink a bottle of red or White Wine a day?
I only drink this to help me forget about the issues in my life… I know this is SAD but it’s the only way I know. Please help!!
If you had not mentioned the fact that you use the wine to deal with issues, the answer would have been different.
A bottle contains, at best, 5 glasses, which is not going to do you much harm, especially in the short term. The issue here is that you aknowledge that you drink for a reason. I would advise you to keep a very close tab on why you are drinking and the amount as it can start to escalate. One bottle becomes two, then spirits start being drunk and before you know it you are on a very steep and slippery slope.
You sound like a reasonable person that is not afraid to show their emotions. However, I would encourage you to go and talk to someone who maybe able to help your life problems out before things start getting worse.
