What cheeses can be put into a gift hamper unrefridgerated?
I am going to put together a food/drink gift hamper as a raffle prize for my friend trying to raise money for a charity, I have wine and chocs so far and thought of adding cheese, biscuits and pate – if I was to cellophane wrap the hamper the day before the raffle what cheeses could I put into the hamper that will keep for a couple of days until the hamper reaches its winner?
Kept in a cool place cheddar and stilton would be fine. I would not put soft cheese(brie) in ’til last minute as this has shorter shelf life.
Can I buy tickets?. Sounds just like something I would like to win.
