Does Wine make food taste better?
I was listening to this guy talking
he a vegetarian and he cooks and he knows stuff
his dad’s a chef, and he said he has the best wine because he knows
I heard his say “wine opens up your taste something…”
he described a perfect moment, and then said “what’s missing?…WINE!”
is it true? or doesn’t work for all foods or what?
what wines are good? and do you just have small zips while your eating or what?
can drink it under 21? thanks
Yes it can. We did a simple test in my wines class. We had 2 different types of wine, 2 red and one white. Then we had different things to taste it with. Simple things such as an apple, salt, cheese, fish, and meat. You take a bite of the first food then you taste the wine. You then judge it. You will find that some wines enhance the flavor or some things and spoil others. A good example of this is you don’t want to serve a “sweet” wine with dessert. It doesn’t make the dessert sweet and actually the wine tastes more bitter. You should try it out to see what wines pair with what.
