It’s not La Vache qui Rit (The Laughing Cow), but what is the name of the processed cheese that comes in a round cardboard wheel?
I’m trying to find the type of cheese that comes in a cardboard wheel package. They’re processed cheese wedges individually wrapped in foil and arranged in a round cardboard box. There are either 6 or 8 pieces per container and each individual foil piece has a coloured sticker label on it (2 blue, 2 red and 2 yellow). I think it’s a French or Swiss cheese and they each have a flavouring added (one is with red wine I’m pretty sure). Can anyone tell me the name of this cheese and the brand that makes it? I’m going crazy trying to figure it out and I can’t find it anywhere. I bought one last summer so I know they are still being made. It’s NOT La Vache qui rit. This cheese is not spreadable like La Vache, or the processed cheese spread made by Zingg, it’s a firmer cheese than that. Is Savoie Six a possibility?
