Caffine and a Glass of Wine While Pregnant?

Some doctors say that caffine is fine and an occasional glass of wine is just fine?? IS THIS TRUE???!??!?? I would never drink alcohol during or even before pregnancy! But caffine should be ok, right?

Everything in moderation. Thats what I got told, the occasional cup of coffee or coke isn’t going to hurt and neither is the occasional drop of alcohol, most problems come out of the people who go to excess. Good luck =]
