Glasses Per Bottle Of Wine
Please help need Jet Blue info?

I am flying on Jet Blue airlines in Oct to go on a cruise. We are allowed to bring 1 bottle per person of wine on the ship. I know I can not bring it on my carry one but can I pack it in my checked luggage? Like bubble wrap it up real good so it wont break and pack it in between the clothes for extra padding? Is the glass bottle filled with the wine allowed in my checked luggage?

Other question is our flight is leaving @ 7 am. Is Jet Blue usually on time? Are they good on keeping on schedule? We have to be at the la airport on time.
Yea I dont want to have any problems with TSA. I just wouldnt want it to get broken but I can see your point. This cruise is for our honeymoon so the wine I wanted to take is a special one from our wedding. Also I just thought that taking our own would be cheaper then to buy it on the ship. I heard any drinks like that were expensive. But maybe we can find one at the airport when we get there.

You can check a bottle of wine in your luggage, as I have just recently done this. However, if you can avoid it, I recommend that. I packed my wine very well so it would not break, and it still broke (luckily it was White Wine!!). You can’t pack it so that TSA can’t get into it, so you have to be very strategic in your packing process. I suggest just finding a store at your destination (or your destination airport) and just buy it there.
