What is a good red wine for someone who is new to red wines? ?
I wanted to start drinking red wine because I have heard of health benefits. I also want to become more acquainted with red wines. I usually drink White Wine. What is a good starter red wine that is not too dry or too sweet?
Start with a Pinot Noir or Beaujolais, which are lighter than cabernets or merlots. Do NOT get a zinfandel, which you probably won’t like yet:) …. California vineyards are excellent: Mondavi is a good, moderately priced vintner
