Red Wine Vinegar

Can you help me fix this stew? Used too much red wine vinegar?

I am looking for something to counteract the taste of the red wine vingegar in the stew I am making, I used a bit too much. Thanks for your help.
I have to admit, it was a dumb mistake. I didn’t realize it was red wine vinegar until it was too late

When it’s too much salt, you add raw potato, but then you take out the potato after it gets tender.

If it was me, I think I’d dump out half the liquid and replace it with broth. That should help. If it makes it too runny, just thicken it with corn starch as follows: mix 1/4 cup cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water. Pour in some of the hot stew liquid to “temper” it. Then dump it all back in the stewpot. If it doesn’t thicken up enough, do it again. It’s easier to add more than fix it when it’s too thick.
