Red Wines Sweet
What are some sweet white wines?
Im looking for the KIND of white as opposed to a specific company. I am always confused about what varieties are sweet and end up getting dry ones (yuck!)
If anyone wants to give me some sweet red wines too id appreciate it 
p.s. I like ones with stronger alcohol content.. so the stronger the sweet wine.. the better
The problem is that unless you’re choosing a desert wine, there’s no way to tell if the wine itself is sweet or not just from the grape it’s made from.
To that extent, check out the following varietals that are usually fruiter which can give the illusion of some sweetness:
Reisling
Muscat (not that popular)
Sauvignon Blanc
White (shudder) Zinfandel
Some of those might be semi-sweet, but it depends on the vintner.
