Valley Wine
I found a 1979 Trentadue Napa Valley wine in my closet, it looks a little clumpy?
bu still drinkable, can I still drink it or what?
If it’s standing up you probably have a bottle of wine vinegar.
If it’s lying on its side. let it stand for a few hours (to let the sediment settle), then decant it and, if it’s red, let it breathe for an hour or two. Smell first then, if it doesn’t smell bad, taste a few drops. (If it’s a heavy red it will probably be pretty good if you kept the cork wet.)
