What Kind Of Wine Goes With

What kind of wine or Champagne goes with strawberries covered in chocolate?

My 7th anniversary is coming up on the 7th and i want to spend a nice evening together. So please help me…

You asked for a champagne not a sparkling wine.
Any champagne dry or semi-dry would be the right one.
Remember that a dry champagne is a little sweet. A dry champagne is called ”brut”.
Weird but that is what it is!
As for wine, sweet it should be, something like Ice wine, Sauternes, Balsac, Late Harvest German or Chilean.
But I would prefer Ice wine before anything else.
